All content displayed on websites built with MemeSite is supplied by the customer.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of every claim published through your MemeSite website. You must own or have permission to publish all content you upload. MemeSite may suspend or remove any website that violates our Acceptable Use policy.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. MemeSite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
